It is a capsule hotel. First experience in a hotel of those characterisrics. The room is quite small, but it has everything needed.
The hotel is quite far always of the center of Amsterdam and there are not many public transport options. Anyway, it's a very safe route and I haven't had any problem.

I love everything about the hostel and room. Really clean and have a private bathroom for a resonable price. By only crtitique is the location. It is pretty far walk from the nearest train station.

中國姐前台（大概年齡35+）可能是也想幫助同胞順便也賺點 結果讓整個體驗感很糟
一句話總結就是一條臭魚腥了一鍋湯
前英國留子 現在Syv 找房地獄開局 這酒店攜程的價格遠低於酒官網 所以連續定了兩週 剛開始所有中外staff耐心解答問題和熱心幫助 無論是前台還是保潔阿姨 此時這個中年中國姐就提供説長期留宿優惠 在付一個月的酒店錢後事情就此開始變味兒：
1.空調系統不十分智能
24小時自動冷風吹 無論晴天還是雨天 上午還是半夜 手動關閉空調衹能持續5分鐘 之後繼續冷風吹 因為空間狹小所以連住幾天後開始重感冒 狂嗑不住 還無法控制開關 前台Johnny會操作能至少關閉24小時 大部分其他前台也不知道怎麼辦 而且我告訴他們可以問一下Johnny 也不問 所以有一週完全生病 其他旅客也在咳嗽發燒
2.被催税費
在居住環境並沒有那麼人性化的前提下 每次看見 都會被催促税費什麼時候交 甚至外出回來剛踏進大門就過來催促税費 她在門口可能等候多時 荷蘭政府御用華裔討債專員 不太理解我不差你租金 税是給政府的 荷蘭銀行卡在路上了 你為何如此着急
3.廚房使用不太自由 並對客人有要求
每次都需問前台要廚房卡 有時又要提前收走卡 突然上個廁所 回房間拿東西十分不方便 這個中國前台姐更奇葩的是還對你有要求 有次還卡的時候還要給她折回去廚房關窗户關燈 顧客不是上帝她是
4.張口閉口就是錢
用新銀行卡交了不到20天的税費因為可能住不滿要提前離開 下午大堂偶遇的時候又過來堵我説住不滿的話房錢不退 她感覺不開心我要提前離開 她的想法是讓我繼續花錢在這住 還”好心”額外幫我聯繫其他中國人註冊地址 額外再花錢
5.吵架時候沒理吵不贏就開始人格侮辱
以上這些情況同時發生 忍無可忍 最終爆發 在做公司網上測試的時候 提前跟她溝通麻煩關空調後不會的話 問一下其他人 她什麼事也沒做 我在一小時之內手動關了15次空調 下樓去找她 發現她跟其他前台在開心聊天 我情緒激動拍桌子要關空調 她理直氣壯的説不會 還説我人格有問題 佔便宜沒夠 （酒店其它國人前台給我最低折扣 她覺得手的少了可能）
除了她以外其他中國外國前台還有廚房保潔阿姨都十分熱情 沒有push 提供無條件的貼心幫助 很感激
不過最終忍無可忍 沒必要繼續花錢活受罪 連夜逃離酒店 荷蘭也不是天堂 沒必須要非得留下來 雖然小環境確實不錯 她是老闆娘 她既然這麼喜歡錢就都給她 也算“幫助”一把中國同胞 成全自己的平安健康
在這浪費這麼長時間寫小作文 總結兩句話
1.她需要系統性的國外酒店管理的課程和知識
2.對我來説 越想省錢花的越多 人有時越想走捷徑越繞遠 不如老老實實的花錢 享受一把 人生苦短

Clean place with comfortable mattress and bedding. Noise-levels could be a mild issue for sensitive people, but earplugs can resolve that. Recommended, especially for a short stay and if the location is convenient for the individual’s visit.
